WHO CAN ORDER IN THE PLUSDENTAL SHOP?

Only PlusDental patients can order the products from the PlusDental shop. For orders in the shop, please only use the e-mail address from your PlusDental account.

HOW ARE THE PRICES INDICATED?

All prices in the PlusDental shop include VAT. The amount of the shipping costs is displayed when the order is completed.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Your purchase from us should be as uncomplicated and effortless as possible. Therefore you can choose between several payment methods: bank transfer, credit card payment.

WHICH SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We deliver your order by standard shipping for €4.90 within Germany, €12 in Austria and €25 in Switzerland. Within Germany we deliver orders over €50 free of charge.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

After order confirmation, shipping usually takes 5-7 working days for our lip balm, cleaning tabs, case, happybrush sonic toothbrush and brush heads. Custom-made products such as retainer splints, the bleaching set and our PlusDental Care packages have a delivery time of 4 weeks.

    WHY IS MY VOUCHER CODE NOT WORKING?

    Please check again that you entered the voucher code correctly and that it is valid. If your voucher is rejected despite correct entry and validity, please contact us via e-mail to info@plusdental.de.


    HOW DO RETURNS AND REFUND WORKS?

    You have 14 days after receiving your order to return items. Please note that only unused items can be returned. Personalized products such as the bleaching application and retainers are also exempt from a refund.

    In the event of a return, please contact us by email at info@plusdental.de. We will then send you a return label immediately.

    HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

    As soon as your package leaves our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the shipment.
